The Real Problem
Many physicians experience a constellation of symptoms that arise from chronic exposure to external stress, internal misalignment, and moral injury in medicine, what I describe as Toxic Doc Syndrome.
Common Signals Include:
- Persistent fatigue beyond rest or time off
- Loss of joy or meaning in work once experienced as a calling
- Emotional numbness or irritability
- Boundary collapse and people-pleasing
- Weight changes or neglect of physical health

Meet the Founder - Dr Jimmy Henry
A Journey from Moral Injury to Personal Healing
Dr. Jimmy Henry’s personal wellness journey began after the loss of his sister to breast cancer at the age of 34. Her passing exposed the limitations of conventional medicine in a deeply personal way, leaving him with a profound sense of helplessness and unanswered questions about healing, prevention, and purpose.
Not long after, Dr. Henry’s own experience of moral injury in medicine was an inflection point that left his career disrupted and his spirit deeply wounded. The experience forced him to confront the human cost of a system that often overlooks the wellbeing of its healers and leaders.
As he navigated his own restoration, Dr. Henry began integrating holistic and whole-person principles into his healing—physically, mentally, and spiritually. What began as a personal journey of recovery, became the blueprint for helping others who were struggling with the same challenges he had overcome.
It was through these trials that Dr. Henry ultimately found fulfillment and clarity through his faith. He transitioned into a new season of calling, becoming a board-certified naturopathic doctor, certified holistic health practitioner, trauma-informed master certified professional coach, and ordained minister—uniquely positioned at the intersection of medicine, leadership, wellness, and ministry.
Today, his mission is to merge these experiences to help Kingdom-minded physicians move from burnout to breakthrough, transform their weight into wellness, and regain clarity in their calling, so they can lead well, live whole. Dr. Henry has trained physicians, led national mental wellness initiatives, and developed trauma-informed renewal frameworks now used by physician leaders seeking sustainable impact.
